    Using the Kiosk is in full effect at this location which is nice as you take a table number mat, and they will bring them the food you ordered to your specified table. Unfortunately, table service was kind of slow the day we came on a Sunday afternoon with 4 kids & 3 adults. But it was tolerable since the staff was super friendly and ready to assist & fix / address any issues or concerns immediately.

    The past few visits the order has been passed off has been missing items. One time a sandwich came out custom ordered for some one not us. Another time no Big Mac sauce. Just I get that its a fast food chain, but to consistently get the orders wrong makes zero sense to me.

    Much improved service. Loved the ordering kiosk! My burger actually looked like it was advertised and tasted as good as it looked.

    Stopped going to my other McDonalds that's 2 minutes from me for here. Y'all a little deep for me but every trip is worth it! No problems with my orders and don't have to wait 40 minutes-1hr anymore!!!

    Anytime of the day you go to this place of business..they never get your order right. They have attitudes when you tell them it's wrong and it's sad because they managers do it as well. I thought I was the only one who had a problem with this particular restaurant, its others as well. Its sad that your paying your money to a company that doesn't treat the customer with respect. As well as the food is always cold. I just called them a few minutes ago because they got my order wrong again, the manager didn't give me receipt so she said she couldn't replace my order. Lol, as she said I always give receipts. Wow, really you just gladly took my money, but you can't remember my order...like what 2 minutes ago. Gthoh! your exactly where you need to be. So I give this place an 0!!!
